York Reg. Fire SIMPLEX freqs?

I was just updating my radios ahead of a trip to the GTA this week..
i noticed in my RR database from 2008 it lists 3 simplex channels...

A1 - 866.7500 PL 123.0

B1 - 866.8000 PL 123.0

C1 - 866.8750 PL 123.0

but these 3 freqs do not appear in the current 2012 RR list.

are they still being used???

A1 and C1 are still listed but somebody deleted B1. It should be under Richmond Hill.
