York Region P25 Testing.

i still cant get any control channel signals from my location.i have entered the cc and alternate freqs,but still nothing.is the tower strength that much weaker compared to the old system?

I have BCD436HP and updated the DB with York Region (P25) fire and police, but I can't hear anyhitng. is just me or because they are encrypted?

police are encrypted,fire dispatch is in the clear,but fire on scene is encrypted,this is what ive been told.maybe someone who lives there can correct me if im wrong.

Only fire dispatch is in the clear A2 B2 C2... all the rest are encrypted.

FYI the York 800 MHz system is now history. Anyone know where the YRT/VIVA talkgroup is?
