I have added a few Yosemite National Park channels to my Stanislaus National Forest Feed (located under Calaveras and Toulumne County listings). I am able to receive Mt Hoffman (172.65) repeater quite well which transmits the Toulumne Meadows Ranger District and Tioga Pass operations. I"m also monitoring YNP Fire, 172.775. I cannot receive any valley floor traffic, but nice to listen to activity in the backcountry.

- FYI for those in the Fresno/Clovis area -

172.650 MHz is quite clear into Clovis. I presume this repeater is not on the valley floor and is on Mt. Hoffman.

I am also hearing chatter quite often that is barely able to break the squelch on my VHF/UHF rig on the 172.650 freq. While not tuned for 172 MHz, the antenna is 10 meters up. I am not able to hear this low signal traffic on the scanner setup. Other repeaters are listed on the database page for the freq, so I'm figuring it may be valley floor repeater stuff.

170.000 MHz is active with Air/Ground fire comms.
