Good to know.

I've been thinking about a small speaker for the car. I seem to remember a small circular speaker with a mounting bracket from years ago but I can't find what I remember anywhere.

A couple of nights ago I saw them being advertised on Tv and the thought crossed my mind that it just might work well in the car. Glad you commented on it. Next time I'm out there I'll have to pick one up.

Thanks for the tip.

I got mine at Walmart for 14.95, in the as seen on tv section.

These look good, but you couldn't pay me $14.95 to walk in to a Wal-Mart.

I like how the newer vehicles are coming with a 3.5mm jack input. I run a male-male 3.5mm cord from my headphone jack into my truck and listen to it through the factory speakers.

Wonder how it sounds plugging in on a Uniden 396XT with that "limiting resistor" in the head phone jack??....
