I'm looking to get a pro 82 to listen to coastie and forestry on the coast and for all scanning needs whne i'm at college. i want to get one ause the one i use to have was great till i overheated it 
won't do that again. also this away even if there is a rash of crime and it gets stolen it won't be as bad as if my 95 or 97 get stolen which i really need to monitor the systems on the coast. Does any one know if radio shacks software pack works on it. also does any one they want to sell?
