York Regional Police are using their back up comms center tonight..dispatchers are saying that there is a two second delay and much of their normal technology isn't available to them. Sounds like they are using traditional radios.
Might I add.. it sounds like they are having a party in the background. You can hear the dispatchers saying, "Wow, look at that. Lighting!!! Oh my gosh. Hahahaha. Tom, where's the coffee".
