YRT Special Constables

Any body know what YRT Special constables are using? Seen them with Motorola RSM's not sure about the radios Thanks!

Pretty sure I read somewhere that they're under the York Region P25 system, specifically a YRP talkgroup. Thus encrypted.

Could be wrong.
