Yaesu: YT-450 Autotuner

Is there a way I can connect my Yaesu FT-450D with my LDG YT-450 autotuner and Diamond SX-600? I've Googled everything

Yes, radio - coax - swr meter - coax - tuner -coax -antenna. You could switch tuner and meter for checking untuned swr of antenna system.

Frank, thank you. How did you find that info? Did you just know it? Please explain more about the switching of the tuner and meter, I don't quite understand. Still learning!

The SWR meter measures between itself and the antenna. If the tuner is between the antenna and the meter then it's "tune" will be included in the measurement. Initially I would take a quick measurement of the antenna and coax between the meter and the antenna to see how far off it is. Then put tuner between the meter and antenna to "tune" the antenna to lower SWR to a useable level. This is the way I would probably leave the setup.
