RCMP provides almost all criminal Law enforcement and almost all traffic law enforcement in the territory. The exceptions are:
Corrections/court security
Bylaw Enforcement in Whitehorse Conservation enforcement
DFO
National Park Wardens.

Correct, by local public safety I meant Fire and EMS.

I believe Whitehorse and the airport are the only paid departments in the territory, everywhere else is volunteer. EMS service is delivered by the territorial government.

You would be correct on all of the above, but nonetheless, seems they're all on the 100 TG's those that are utilizing the system.

Interesting to see fire departments moving to it. The biggest draw back to MDMRS was the limit of 38 PL tones. DPL was never used.

I did some searching on the TAFL this afternoon regarding my findings while on the road. And found...nothing. Absolutely nada. That usually only happens, in my humble experience, when a frequency is licensed to a specific law enforcement agency or the Government of Canada itself.

I also found this as well. I did a search on 1 of the frequencies you posted,, and found exactly what you did. nothing. It's not just that specific agency. Any public safety agency can have their frequencies flagged as protected. A fire department near me had their fire frequencies protected. It's also the reason there is an O1 AFRRCS Appedix. Agencies use that appendix for their mobile and portable subscribers so they don't have to list every single frequency in use on the network and ensures the frequencies of the FNE are not disclosed. All the FNE frequencies are also protected.

The irony of it, is that the system provides all that information to you via the control channels. It would take a lot of time and fuel to collect it all with 340 sites.
