I saw a C17 globemaster take off today
wasnt sure what country it was from

I think I saw that on final for 34 yesterday afternoon about 4:50 ish. I couldn't make out any markings, I may have seen a small red logo, but I was doing 120 on the Deerfoot

I hear that Canforce should have taken delivery of their fourth C17 recently. Brits should have four of them too.. their low-vis logo is a dark blue circle with a smaller red circle within.

Probably British. They have a small red and blue logo. Routine deliver for their training establishment in SE Alberta.
My sources at work tell me that their Tristar fleet has been grounded and they have leased 6 of these from the Yanks to provide transport until their new fleet is delivered.
