Zone 1 System

Hello folks,

I would like a little help please.
I have a live public safety stream on the internet and added the Ontario Provincial Government Zone 1 System.

I have programed Chatham, Essex, and Windsor into a uniden bc796 scanner and would like some sugestions on the ident numbers to program for these areas.

My radio feed focuses on State/Province wide area severe weather, police, fire, type stuff.

Most activity I hear now is 6-echo, 6-mike, 6-delta, and 8275 unknown (seems to be a data base teletype lein system)

Have you checked the database to see what you're hearing? That would be a good first place to check.

8272 is the Essex County talkgroup which the 6Echo cars hang out on. Looks like you need to turn on your status bit feature. 8275 is just 8272 patched with another group.

6Mike are Lambton County units and 6Delta are Chatham-Kent.

I'll try those suggestions.

Guess like anything else it will take some time to catch on to what I'm hearin.
I have the list and looks like I need to watch for number groups 8xxx .
I had the status bit turned OFF and set it ON like you said so that will keep me informed a bit better.

Looks a little bit of wx heading ur way but it not a wide spread storm.
