Shots fired on three occasions that I could count, and then a huge fight near the corner of my house that woke me from a dead sleep. Came over as ten people fighting, truly sounded like it too.
All i could hear was arguing that sounded muffled as the sounds made their way through my window given the distance of my place to the corner. I did clearly hear the F bomb quite a bit. It got quite busy on the zone, but more on the 14th district side.
I think it was just last weekend that the bangers came into humboldt park over on Albany St. and there was a banger's foot chase of a guy they were shooting at right in front of an Alderman (the foot chase ran through the Alderman's area where he was taking part in an event). I'm not absolutely sure if shots were fired in the Alderman's immediate area or not. Whatever the event was, luckily no one was hit that I heard of.
Now we got these darned robberies in Lincoln Park. Ya know, I wish we could have the Unity in Logan Square that Lincoln Park residents are showing. Chalky certainly loves my area lately!
