Zone 3 talkgroups

Last few days these talkgroups popped up for a little bit.

19578
84208
24928

Tonight 24928 was used a bit. As for the other 2, it was a few days ago. I could not find them in the database.

I know that 24928 it was the New Liskeard OPP talking.

Just thought I'd post it to see if anybody else saw that.

What are you using to decode them?

None of those appear to be valid talkgroups.

I'm using a BC250D. I can hear both sides of the conversation and none of it is encrypted.

1: 19578 isn't a valid talkgroup. Not a multiple of 16 = not a valid talkgroup. Ever.

2: 84208 isn't a valid anything. The highest talkgroup one could ever hope to see is 65520.

3: Aren't there sticky threads in place for new Fleetnet talkgroup discussions?

Does the BC250D do UID's?

MartyJess...Listen to these guys , Ill say I have learned alot from them and a few others...very Bright guys , treat them as you would anyone else...and they are a Plethora of info !

Yes I do listen. This is where I learn all of my info. This is the site that made me want to buy scanners and learn all about them.

As for the talkgroups, I'm simply saying what I saw. It's very possible that my scanner was BUZZING. I was just trying to figure it out.

I recently bought a BC250D, I'm still learning a bit.

Fantastic , that scanner is one of my personal favs for Digital , I love its sound etc...Thank you for giving me consideration should you leave in Jan for an extended time as you said, Id love to have that unit again !!
