new laird fg8246 quesrion

ok long story short here...i bought a laird fg8246 to put on my newly obtained 30 foot tower....well stupid me forgot to order the "$30 mast mounting kit" so question is can I get by and use like rwgular hardware store u bolt mounts instead of that mounting system without much interference for the 800mhz p25 indiana safeT system i want to hear more of?

I have many times used quality stainless steel hose clamps and never had a problem, even with the ones from Home Depot... save some money.
