Default "Out of Range" Appears Briefly

I'm seeing a weird thing happening. On some transmissions, "Out of Range" flashes on the bottom of the screen very quickly and disappears. It doesn't seem to affect reception, but I've never seen this happen before. No recent firmware flashes or anything. Has anyone seen this before?

I've seen in in the past - never sure why... didn't seem to affect reception.

Yes, but I'm very close to the transmitter and have full signal. It's definitely not a signal issue.

I heard them doing some radio checks yesterday, so I am thinking that it might be some kind of system configuration issue.
