I am suddenly having some issues with my Sentinel software on a Win 10 machine.
1. When I attempt to read from the scanner, the progress bar appears to hang up between the 30 and 50% marks. I have let the system sit for 10 or so minutes with no change. The usual notices that files already exist on the computer do not show up. NOTE: I download from the scanner after travels if I have added or made changes to any of the systems using my travel computer.
2. A couple of the menu items lock up the Sentinel. I have to go to task manager to kill the process. One that has caused me the most problem is Tools/Options. Once I click on it, nothing happens. I cannot click anywhere in the Sentinel window without getting the warning 'beeps'.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software on a chance it may have somehow become corrupted. The Sentinel does work on my travel laptop running 8.1 (I put off on upgrading all my computers to win 10 and forgot to upgrade one).
