Hello:

I've sent a few emails to Butel but have received no response.

Several updates ago, the software no longer displaces the quick key numbers assigned to systems/departments/groups/etc. on the left side under "Favorite Browser".

I found this feature to be very useful. Is my software just corrupt or are other experiencing this?

im running the latest release, ARC536Pro. Im not , and have not noticed this issue.

are you opening the files from your PC, or are you downloading from the radio?

Thanks for your reply. I'm opening the file from the computer. I wonder if the basic version no longer supports this function.
