Service search update

This is for ALL models that are computer programmable AND have seach with scan capabilities, like the BCT-15, the BCD996T, BC396T, etc. The marine band seems to have a new channel scheme, like the old 21A is now 1021 and 22A is 1022, etc. Was Uniden planning to do a firmware update that changes the channel labels in the service searches?

The radios you mention are 10 years old or older and have been replaced several times by newer models, and even those newer models, such as the XT series are now discontinued.

I would not hold your breath for a firmware update for a 10+ year old discontinued radio.
