Uniden BC-GPSK Serial GPS Receiver Mod

I was wanting to eliminate all the crap connectors in the middle and power it with a usb cable instead of the standard one that comes with it. Does anybody have any pictures showing what wires would connect from the usb to the gps and other cable? I found a thread showing a hookup like I am wanting to do but it wasn’t a Uniden gps.

Search for internal GPS for the 436 (if that's what you have). There's loads of information.

Sorry I forgot to tell what the scanner is. It is a 436hp.

I install GPS modules inside the 436.

I've also modified my 436 to use 14500 Li-ion batteries, which allow over 13 hours of run time with the internal GPS off, and over 11 hours of run time with the internal GPS on.
