SDS100 power cable

Does a regular mini usb cable work to charge the scanner or does the Uniden one have different pins?

I do not have any around to try, that is why I am asking.

Regular works fine. It's not unique.

As mentioned, any Mini-USB cable *should* work as long as it is capable of carrying 2 Amps. Some cables may use too fine a wire for the power wires. These may not be able to charge the SDS100, particularly when it is on.
