BCD436HP/BCD536HP: DMR Tier III systems

I have read some of the past threads here about issues when tracking DMR Tier III systems on the BCD436HP. Has there been any further improvements in this regard? I am running the latest firmware (1.11.31) which I believe came out around July.

I have confirmed the LCN's with DSD+ (for the Pompano site). My Whistler tracks the system with no issues, but the '436 only gets about 10% of the conversations. Mostly it just sits silently while the Whistler tracks the system.

Anyone else still having issues with Tier III?

I find that my '436 does a less-than-satisfactory job with tracking Capacity Plus systems.
