While I can already assume I am out of luck, I thought I would pose this question anyway.

My SC150B Sportcat does not allow the programming of the Military Aircraft band, basically anything in the 300MHz area. (i.e. CG air operations 345.000) Is this a firmware limitation or is there a mod that can be done? This is not my primary scanner so I can't see spending money on a new one, but was hoping there was something I could do to modify this one for the few frequencies I can't currently hear.

As far as I know there is nothing that can be done.

The above is correct. Good news is that if you don't need a digital capable trunking scanner you can usually find older non-trunking scanners that have UHF Mil-Air coverage on the secondary market. :)
