Few GPS options :( BCD436HP

I would like to see a GPS signal received icon or something. Simply plugging in the GPS cord doesnt necessarily mean that there is a GPS signal correct? A menu area like the Home Patrol had where you can see if satellites are being received Would also like to have the BCD396XT option of viewing the GPS data full time as far as Lat and Long and speed/elevation in real time as you're driving down the road. Just not enough GPS options IMO

I bought the BCD436HP so I could get the best of BCD396XT and the Home Patrol

True but the thread continued on only mentioning battery level topic.......GPS question got completely lost
