Poss IRS traffic

about the same time that the SLC system was activating for the "Suspicious Package", I started receiving Encyphered P25 comms on 167.3625, and 168.825. Both had NACs of 293. Makes me think these freqs could be IRS useage. Up till now, I was leaning toward FBI.

These are ones to put in a file and keep an eye on. I would be surprised if they were actually IRS frequencies but maybe another federal three letter agency...

Unfortunately being encrypted, it will take a bit longer to determine who the user is.
