Interestng Utah County Comms

I came across 1J, 5J and 8J PD units talking on TG 43776 which is listed as 8J Public Works. They are definitely LEOs doing some kind of surveillance ops. Trunker shows all the radio IDs as 1J, 5J and 8J.

Also heard on 1J Law 2 yesterday was a 1J unit asking someone if they can switch to 8J's OIC Ch 7 which is apparently referring to 43776. Anyone know what OIC means?

When I was in the service OIC meant Officer In Charge.
