I've been hearing this for awhile in South Davis Co. It is digital comms, but my Whistler TRX-1 & 2 will not decode it. I've also tried a DSTAR and FUSION radios, and again, no-joy. Anyone have any ideas who/what this might be??

That might make some sense. So a different freq would be used for voice comms, and this one for location data? Also, some (most) of what I heard was short duration, but there were several that went on for several seconds, maybe half to a full minute. Mostly heard during the snow storm, so I'm assuming Snow Plow ops/locations
