Found an interesting freq this AM... 3345khz USB @ 1530z (1/18)
I have this as a US Army Core of Engineers (USACE) HF frequency. The conversation is in English and sounds like a few (male) engineers talking rather freely. Hearing references which sound engineering related.
Not sure if this is related to the Haiti incident or not. Signal is scratchy but pretty good at S7-S9 with slight fading.
