Was listening this morning to 7.0 khz lsb. What is going here??? Have listened for several days and there is Portuguese language males singing, laughting, whistling. Somone saying "hola hola hola hola" Sounds like Cb radio. Has anyone monitored this freq?? Anyone has any idea whats going on?? pirates??? 40meter cb??? One station has a very decent signal into the Los Angeles area. This is from 1300 to about 1430 UTC.
