9030 rtty

I'm new to utility, so this is probably something that everybody knows but me, but what is at 9030?

It's rtty, and it has a pretty good signal. I'm using a Kaito KA1102 with a wire antenna that doesn't hang outside. Heard in southwestern IN near KY border.

There are a number of possibilities. Details on the signal might help narrow it down. Right now, looking at that freq I see 75 Bd 850 Hz and encrypted. This is very likely to be US Navy out of Saddlebunch Key FL.
