Listening on a FRG-7 with only 10 kHz resolution so this may be a nearby frequency.
I have been listening since 1630z til 1800z November 18,2013.
Heard all sorts of unusual burps and beeps today, but no voice.
ALE sounding, short digital bursts, another different "water bubbler" sound, and dead carriers.
Digital was not BPSK31 or 425 RTTY.
Finally heard a Main Sail EAM at 1803z, while I was typing this.
Don't know who I heard.
