Question 8160 kHz UVB-76?

Hello everyone,
I have been monitoring a frequency all day that really puzzles me. It's 8.160 MHz (8160kHz), AM. It sounds like "The Buzzer" out of Russia, but I don't know. Anyone else know what it is? In the future, I'll try to post an audio sample.

UPDATE: The signal stopped (for now) at 2025 Eastern Time; I'll post if it starts up again
