"VSP STARS - Division 1, Fairfax 3" - what is 3?

I know what Division 7 Fairfax 1 (Loudoun & Prince William) and Fairfax 2 (Fairfax, Alexandria & Arlington) are, but what is Fairfax 3?

This just started coming up every once in a while in the STARS system and it sounded like routine dispatch traffic but unfortunately I was driving and didn't pay attention to any locations mentioned. I caught it over the weekend but it hasn't seemed to be active since.

Are they splitting up Division 7 into 3 channels or is it just something like a tac channel?

Each division has a third STARS tg available for dispatching special events. The third channel is not going to be routinely used, at least thats how it has worked out in RIC div. Also of note is the "Blue" tg, used for incidents of a limited duration.
