State Fair Doswell Virginia

So was driving thru Doswell at the state fair area and notice three self constructed antennas on a pole like a repeater or something. Can someone fill me in what the ‘three’ antenna poles are for . I can recall few years back hearing it was state police repeater , but can anyone confirm and/ or know the frequencies of those three self constricucted towers/repeater towers.

The three antennas are probably for three 800 MHz digital repeaters. See this license:

I have found two of them in use previously - here's what they were used for at the 2015 fair:

856.0375 [ $293] VSP (Interior)
857.5875 [ $293] VSP (Exterior)

The frequencies are also used for Kings Dominion events, as well as special events like the Tough Mudder.

Today I heard on the 856.0375 , heard someone say “Caroline 38, 10-42 “ And next conversation said,” bring them to guest center .” So I’m guessing Caroline /VSP introp . Even though license says Virginia State Police.
Very interesting audio , very loud and crisp.
