Rappahannock Elec Coop Hogback Mt frequencies

Does anyone have the listings for the Rappahannock Electric Cooperative 217 MHz system on Hogback Mountain? Hogback is not listed in the data base.

Not sure where they are located but I have MPT-1327 control channels used by electric utilities in Virginia on 217.51875, 217.53125, 217.56875 and 218.93125. 217.53125 has the strongest signal at my location approx 25 miles north of Winchester.
