Any idea o the timeline to go Phase 2?

I only ask because NC VIPER has also been s-l-o-w-l-y updating their licenses for quite some time but the belief is VIPER won't go Phase 2 any time in the near future...at least that is the rumor.

Agree on that Eugene !! We can only “hope” they need to do away with stream online feeds and we should be alright . I know others may beg differ, but’s that’s what hurting us in long run .
