Anyone have instructions on how to get the WS-1096 to work with the Pro96Com?

Program Menu->Global Settings->PC/IF CCDump [enabled]
Program a system - ensure you have good reception (nice solid 'T' being displayed).
Program a 'dummy' talkgroup (TGID that isn't used on the system).
Navigate to and HOLD on the 'dummy' talkgroup.

Fire up Pro96Com - make sure you set the source in Edit->Decode Configuration to the proper model and know which COM port your radio is connect to.
