I am new to DSD+ decoding, and was wondering where do you look to look up a site number that
is displayed? I clicked on the callsign in RR, but does not show site numbers....

It depends on what you system are looking at. As an example, the OH MARCS system list here:

https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=6643

shows the site information under the system Frequencies section.

I seriously doubt the FCC database will show any site numbers emitted by a system.

Site numbers in the FCC database relate only to that specific callsign and are used to cross-reference frequencies to locations. They are not necessarily the same as site numbers used in actual operation of the system.
