I am trying to figure out how to get the log file for all activity from the site I am monitoring
I see the XML file, but that does not give every login, logoff, and call, who they are calling be it TG or UID, and what channel they are using, the time, etc..
This data is in the bottom window of the active screen showing the calls on each channel and what user is on the channel and what TG they are using, but I don't see this in the log file
Also, I am trying to find a way to export that users and be able to tag them using another computer and then re-import them into the monitoring computer
The XML file looks like it has some of this data, but it only keeps the last TG that the UID talked to
I really need the log to show every call so I can see what UID's use the TG I am trying to monitor.
Any help is appreciated
