Default DSD Plus ProVoice

I'm looking for setting to decode ProVoice, all I am getting is like a scramble noise, it's not encrypted, so does anyone know of any settings to decode it properly and how do I enter the settings?

No ProVoice in my area for me to try this on but the DsdPlus text file has the option -fp to decode ProVoice

Thank you, still no change though.
I am using Unitrunker with a virtual audio cable piper to DSD, so I was wondering if theres a certain tuning/settings method I could use

Record a raw audio sample with DSD+ and upload it somewhere.

Okay I figured it out, I have volume right down on my computer and use radiofeed and listen that way on my phone I turnt the speakers up on my computer and the digital sounds awesome then when it comes through the radiofeed it's all crackly and sounds horrible and cant get a word out of it.
Trying to mess with settings to work this out
