Hello,
Since a few months i live in Ukraine and listen to police in Kyiv.
At night from 02:00 hours the dispatch block the frequency signal.
Last night its was from 02:00 till 10:00 morning today.
I dont know what this sound is. Not DMR because they use the HYT TC-610.

I use already DSD+ but nothing shows up there.
