CEMNET still active?

Are the lowband channels still active? I have them in one of the radios, but with all the ducting I wasn't sure if I was hearing CEMNET or CHP, too much static to make out proper voice.

Last I checked, CEMNET was still active. City of Redmond would participate in a weekly Puget Sound net check-in on one of the lowband frequencies. The radio is still part of our ECC.

I usually hear the weekly testing on Thursday mornings around 09:00 here in Okanogan County.
