Did they start encrypting the control channel as per opsec plan Alpha Xray Two Five? I'm not able to decode at all. Site 203 works just fine.

And how did you determine this..? The decode is still broken for me...

Site 203 is top and when I switch to Site 201 I get CRC FAIL continuously...

AX25 is due to be phased in during Q2 2020. They're only on AX22 right now, though per what I FOIA'd, the AX plans may change. AX23 is the 700 system build-out; followed by sharing with DOT in AX24.

Are you sure your signal strength is good and you don't have any co-channel interference?

Yeah the signal is buster and no obvious interference. I even put on my trusty 700-800 Mhz bandpass filter and that didn't help.

I didn't try Unitrunker though -- I was using DSD+ FL...

I will say the audio doesn't sound "healthy" -- almost as if there's a signal problem but SDR# and the Airspy are fine. I can turn down the gain but that doesn't help.

I suppose it could be some weird signal path issue. I believe that site is in West Seattle..?

I'll have to give it a listen on the scanner in the car when I leave work.

I'm currently in south Tacoma, in my truck, with an SDR and a mag mount $#!+ antenna just for testing...

No issues here...
