Just heard about this through patches to the Loudoun Co system. I'm not sure exactly where. Hit a dump trailer. The damaged truck is leaking fuel so a HAZMAT crew from Loudoun is responding. 102 onboard, no passenger injuries, two from engine crew going to get checked out.
They are making plans to put passengers on school buses in the meantime.
