Today i found a control channel with lots of activity.It had various TalkGroup calls going on some encrypted and some not.This has confused me as to how to set it up on my 1088 scanner.TG's 2,3, and 4 were not encrypted but various others with five digit TG numbers were encrypted.
What's the best way to set up the non encrypted TG's.
