WS1080: DMR HELP

Hello to everyone. I have searched this site and other forums. but in not having luck finding the information I need... I currently have the ws1080, and have entered in the RR DMR data conventionally for the frequencies. The 1080 receives them , but the sound is garbled, Here is the link to the RR scanner data.
WPZW938 (PERRY, TOWNSHIP OF) FCC Callsign Details . ( Perry township police . stark county .oh ) , what or how can I get this to receive. thanks in advance for everyone who can help..

If the sound is garbled it must be encrypted speech and it is nothing to be done about that.
If your scanner have a setting where you can choose to handle encryption then you could select the sound to be muted with encryption and only pass non-encrypted speech.
