I have a Whistler 1088 scanner which I love. My problem is making a scan list for Houston Texas. I have a hard time of separating Harris County from Houston PD. When I do pick up Houston PD it sounds like they are talking underwater. Does anyone have a V scanner folder that they could share that have Houston P.D.and Harris County on seperate scan lists?? Thank
