TRX-2: Quick way to turn recording on/off?

I have one or two objects in my scan list set to enable recording. The problem is they always record. Is there some way, preferably from the panel and WITHOUT using the menu, to turn recording on/off?

I'm thinking of something like fn-x, which would act as a toggle.

Obviously I can use the menu and enable/disable recording but in doing so I miss some of what I want to record - or I have to constantly remember to erase the traffic I don't want.

I agree it would be nice to enable recording on the fly, sometimes you just don't know when something juicy will show up on any particular frequency and its cumbersome to go into the menu. Hey Wendy.....

I second that. Fn-x to toggle recording mode: normal - all on - all off.
