appears at the end <reserved>
What is this section intended for?
Descrambler?

The last ~50 scanlists get labeled "Reserved" (or the label for their specific group of talkgroups/channels like "Fire-Dispatch", etc.) when you have Location Select enabled. Deselect Location Select and those scanlists will look just like the rest.
