Hi everyone -

We greatly appreciate everyone's help in making our EZ-Scan software the best it can be for everyone. As I'm sure you have read, this latest update was not a planned update and we have found a few bugs. We will continue to release updates as we fix things and appreciate your help.

If you should come across something that doesn't work correctly, please send us a note at scannersuggestions@whistlergroup.com

Please provide:

Version number
Operation System
Anything that you feel may be different about your computer setup than others.

There are so many different operating systems and setups these days and we try to test on everything but as you can imagine, that is virtually impossible.

We greatly appreciate your assistance and patience!
