I am trying to program the following P25 radio system into my WS1040.
Orlando Simulcast Site Details (Orange County)
it is picking up a control channel but I am getting no audio. If I program it into my Radio shack Pro-96 scanner I can pick it up with no issue. I am uploading it through ARC500.
Any suggestions on what to try or what to change?

The percentage ranges from the low 30s up to the mid 80s
